Su-Fern Lee is an experienced negotiator and cultural expert on Chinese business practices. She is a lawyer who is qualified in both Singapore and the UK.
In Singapore, Su-Fern spent five and half years conducting shipping litigation at Haridass Ho & Partners, and construction and commercial litigation at WongPartnership one of the top law firms in the Asia-Pacific region. She was also a legal researcher and an assistant to the Director at the IP Academy, a Singapore think-tank for intellectual property. In the UK, Su-Fern spent six and a half years in commercial and residential property law, structuring property portfolios for high net worth individuals with McKeags in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Carter Lemon Camerons in London.
Two years ago, Su-Fern set-up Taylor Grace Consultancy in London, an organisation providing executive coaching and training services to lawyers and the professional services.
Su-Fern graduated from the University College, London with LLB (Honours) in 1996. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998, admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 1999 and admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors (England & Wales) in 2007. Su-Fern has also qualified as an executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching in London in 2013. She also holds a Masters in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Su-Fern is fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien (Fujian dialect), with a basic knowledge of Teochew (Chaozhou dialect).
