This video on the on the role of the mediator in the 1995 Dayton Peace Accords was made in London for presentation at the Southeast European Regional Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution which was held in Ljubljana, Slovenia on 5-7 November 2002 as U.S. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke was unable to travel to Slovenia at that time.
As part of Slovenia's European Union Accession Programme, the ADR Group was invited by the Slovenian Ministry of Justice to work with the District Court of Ljubljana in putting together the format, content and sponsorship of the conference.
