The Negotiation Lab offers mediation intervention by Samuel Passow as well as workshops for senior management or human resource departments of corporations and organizations who have to deal with internal disputes and conflicts (such as employment rights, discrimination, sexual harassment, e-mail & internet misuse, and compliance issues) before they potentially escalate to legal battles in court.
Sam is an accredited mediator in the UK, EU (through CEDR, ADR Group and Regents College) and in Australia & New Zealand (through LEADR), is a member of the UK Civil Mediation Council and served on the panel mediators at Canterbury Christ Church University Mediation Clinic. For the past 25 years, he has dealt with commercial disputes, community disputes, divorce settlements, personal injury and insurance claims. He has also co-authored two books on mediation, "Mediation in the Workplace" and "Conduct & Discipline", both published by Wolters Kluwers (UK).
