Negotiation Lab Payment and Cancellation Policy
1.1 Full payment is required in order to hold a place on any course. Payment can be made by credit card via PayPal, or bank transfer. For bank details, please contact the Negotiation Lab at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.2 Please note that preparatory reading materials for the course will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and your place has been confirmed.
2.1 If a delegate cancels for any reason in writing 30 days or more in advance of a course, the full fee will be refunded by the Negotiation Lab.
2.2 If a delegate cancels for any reason in writing between 29-15 days in advance of a course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
2.3 If a delegate cancels 14 days or less before the course begins, no refund will be given.
2.4 It may on occasion be necessary to alter the content, timing, date or location of a course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Negotiation Lab, or alteration by the Negotiation Lab of the content, timing, date or location in such a way as precludes attendance, a full refund will be offered but any further liability disclaimed.
